鲁柏睡前会请求他的系统,能轻松地继续维持健康、自然的合作关系,这是个不错的习惯。

你在睡前的数次自我暗示实验都是“自我紧束”的。以“肌肉紧缩”来说明,你就会明白我的意思了。约瑟,要在一种困倦状态之下暗示。别试图去恐吓或命令潜意识。约瑟,如果你不舒服的话,我建议你挪到你坚固的旧摇椅去。

Your few experiments with autosuggestion upon falling asleep have been ego- bound. Think of this in terms of muscle-bound, and you will see what I mean. Be in a drowsy state and suggest, Ruburt, suggest — suggest, Joseph. Do not attempt to bully or command the subconscious. Joseph, if you are uncomfortable, I suggest you move to your sturdy old rocker.

就一般的记忆来讲,你们显然只记得一部分的梦,而且这些梦经常是来自比较表层。
我会建议你们可以告诉自己,今后你将会记得来自人格更深层的梦,那么你们应该就会发现真的可以记得住。

你们也可以告诉自己,当时间和空间出现在梦里,你们会想特别留意时间和空间的本质。那么醒过来后,就会发现自己记住了许多有关梦里时间和空间的知觉。

在这样的探讨中,睡前可以给一些指引,那么自己的某一部分就真的会以这种方式继续为你运作。

In normal memory you recall, obviously, but a slight percentage of your dreams, and usually these are from more surface levels.
I would suggest that you tell yourselves that you will henceforth be able to remember dreams from the deeper levels of your personality, and you should find that you will be able to do so.
You can also tell yourselves when you wish that you will give special attention to the nature of time and space, as these appear within your dreams.You will discover then upon awakening that many perceptions concerning time and space within the dream state will remain with you.
In this sort of an investigation instructions then can be given before sleeping, and a portion of the self will indeed continue to work for you in this manner.

许多问题在梦中可以解决。如果病患得到一个暗示说,他会梦到自己处于依赖的状态,那么强烈的依赖感便可以获得更自由、更安全的表达空间。于是他就可以在物质环境中表现得更有信心,某程度他便可以两全其美,鱼与熊掌兼而得之。

Many problems could be worked out in the dream state.Dependency feelings that are overwhelming could be given freer and safer expression, if the patient had the suggestion given to him that he would dream of himself in dependent positions.He could then behave in the physical environment with greater confidence. He could to some extent have his cake and eat it too.

心理上和身体上的疾病大都可以用这种方式避免,攻击倾向也可以获得释放,不会造成危害。当事人可以经验攻击的感觉,而又不会伤害任何人。也可以借由给予暗示,使他能透过在梦中对自己的观察,来学习了解自己的攻击倾向。

这些考量极其重要,绝不可忽略。比方说,如果是攻击性的问题,那刚开始的暗示应该要包含以下这句话:在梦里攻击行为将会表现出来,但不会造成伤害,也不会针对某一个人。

这些小技巧鲁柏和约瑟都知道,也相当有用。在正常的醒时状况下,你可以向潜意识下一些指示,潜意识就会遵照进行。举例来说,你可以在睡前暗示说,隔天你投入工作的同时,潜意识将会为你自己的专案拟好设计图。

这会让你的时间价值加倍,你会很满意。你真的可以向潜意识暗示,让潜意识按照自己的方式继续执行,而不必去理会你意识上的关注。如此一来,自我本身就可以关注在手边的工作,而让潜意识为你和你内在的目的效劳。这样子做非常实际,也不会有什么太大的困难。

你可以下任何这样的暗示,都会被执行。但不要让自己刻意费劲去察看这些暗示是否被执行,你只管给出暗示,之后就把注意力转到别的事情上。你也可以清楚指示潜意识只对建设性的暗示起反应,不管暗示来自哪里。事实上,这是一个值得培养的绝佳习惯。

你有很多种方式可以利用这些小技巧来帮助自己。只要运用一种很简单的心灵操作,就可以解决很多难题,我这样讲绝不夸张,实际上做起来并不像听起来那么难。

These are tricks known to both Joseph and Ruburt, but quite beneficial for all of that.You may give directions to your subconscious when you are in your normal waking state, and it will follow them.You may for example suggest before sleeping that the next day, while you are involved in your working situation, the subconscious will be involved in working out designs for you for your own projects.
This will give you the satisfaction of making the time twice as valuable.You can indeed suggest to the subconscious that it carry on in such a manner regardless of your conscious concern.As a result the ego can apply itself to the job at hand while the subconscious works for you and your inner purposes.This is very practical, and works without much difficulty.
You may give any such suggestions and they will be followed.Do not however strain yourself trying to figure out whether or not the suggestions are being followed. Give them, then turn your attention to other matters.You may obviously also direct your subconscious to react only to constructive suggestions from any source.This is in fact an excellent habit to cultivate.
There are many ways in which you can use these tricks to your advantage.I do not exaggerate when I tell you that one simple psychic manipulation can save you much difficulty. It sounds more difficult however than it is.

顺带一提,睡前暗示是相当棒的做法,心中怀抱着期望,对你也有帮助。在这种状态下,应该给自己一些暗示,告诉自己会在梦里实现想要的情境。接着梦就会加强和活化你自己的期望。如你们所知,期望本身就与任何特定情境是否真的会发生密切相关。


Incidentally, they are excellent practice. Expectation can also aid you.In this case suggestions should be given leading to dreams in which a desired situation is accomplished. The dream will then increase and activate your own expectations.And as you know, the expectations themselves have much to do with whether or not any given situation will occur.

在梦境中,注意力聚集和集中在程度可以到千倍之多,而梦形成了你们物质环境的基础。

首先,在梦架构里问题得以解决,答案和解决之道会浮现出来,这些答案和解决之道接着就会转化为物质实相。没有毫无意义的梦,没有毫无目的的梦,每个梦对人格的所有层面都有其意义,梦里的每件事物都是一种象征,由自己的所有层面以数学方式来转译,其运算过程比你们实质电脑的更复杂。
就如我们过去建议的,如果睡前能给予适当的暗示,那么梦境的确能以较有效的方式为你们的利益来工作。梦织物(fabric)本身,梦戏剧,是由许多的线(threads)纺织而成,人格的所有层面都提供了部分的素材。
……如果给予适当的暗示,那么这个自己就会运用梦戏剧来具体改善人格的整体情况。

确实应该在睡前给自己适当的暗示,同时要求自己做更深一层的疗愈梦以及会提供洞见的梦。
