赛斯资料中的spirit指的是什么？丨重视定义与整体把握

《个实》的赛斯序言中，第一句话是

【Experience is the product of the mind, the spirit, conscious thoughts and feelings, and unconscious thoughts and feelings.】

可以看出，赛斯将
mind,
spirit,
thoughts，
feelings，
这四个词并列使用，说明这4个词各有特定含义。

mind : 心智，重在思考、思维的活动和能力，其中承载者各种好的或限制性的“信念（belief）”

spirit，我用google查了一下英文的意思，作为名词，有如下2个意思：

我想，赛斯在这里应该是指第2个意思，即【the prevailing or typical quality, mood, or attitude of a person, group, or period of time.】
【一个人、一个群体或一段时间内的普遍或典型的品质、情绪或态度】，着重在物质身体之外的人的那些部分。


由此可见，这4个词的各个内涵并不是非此即彼、没有交集的，而是有一定的交集和重合。
所以，不必过于纠结词的某个词的定义，应该从整体上把握赛斯想表达的意思是：一个人的经历体验，与其显意识和无意识（或者说 潜意识？）的思想、信念、思维活动、情绪、态度等息息相关。
