肉身或灵的存在意义、开心喜悦、好玩有趣，自明而不需任何理由

E.S.P. Class Session -- March 20, 1973

在课上，赛斯对Helen Wambach说：

【If a religion separates you from the joy of your being, then it is detrimental. If you think you need a particular religion in order to justify your physical being, then it is detrimental. If you think you need grass to do the same thing then that is detrimental. If you think you need to justify your existence for whatever means, whatever reason,then you do not understand the joyful, playful, spirituality of your flesh or your spirit.

如果一种宗教让你离开你的“喜悦开心”，那是有害的；

如果你认为自己需要一种特定的宗教来证明自己肉身的存在是合理的，那是有害的；

如果你认为需要一株小草来证明它的物质存在是合理的，那是有害的。

如果你认为自己的存在需要以任何方式、任何理由，才能被证明合理，那么你还不理解肉身或灵的开心喜悦和好玩有趣。 （春风译）】
