四十不惑的春风

【你们必须积极地在日常生活中练习你们两人知道的事。如果你们不这么做，你们就会忘记你们知道的事。在我们的课上说过的事一定要加以运用，为了别人也为了你自己。】

You must actively practice what you both know in your daily living. If you do not do so you will forget what you know, literally. What is said in our sessions must be utilized, and for the sake of others as well as for yourselves.
